As pioneers in the Northern Territory, we offer a fleet of Toyota Corollas available for use throughout your stay (subject to terms and conditions). We accommodate stays anywhere from 3/4/5 or 7 nights upwards to 90 nights. While we no longer offer 3-night stays (except for last-minute bookings), you can check our online calendar for availability of shorter stays.
Our luxurious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment suites are located at 19 Kitchener Drive, just minutes from the Convention Centre, Wave Pool, Waterfront, and Smith Street Mall. These suites offer a “home away from home” experience, ideal for business and leisure travelers alike. In response to post-COVID changes, we no longer operate a physical showroom at the Waterfront. Our team now works from a virtual office nearby, but we have implemented a convenient key collection system via lockboxes on-site. Rest assured, our team is always nearby to assist with anything you need.
Our property management team is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We can arrange additional services such as baby needs, car seats, beach accessories and tour information to ensure a seamless experience.

Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Use:
- Vehicles are automatic Toyota Corollas (5-seater) Hatch
- Drivers must be 25 years or older
- Available for use on sealed roads only.
- 100 km/day included; additional mileage is charged at 25c per kilometre.
- Ideal destinations include the Jumping Crocodile Cruise and Litchfield National Park. Unfortunately, longer distances like Katherine Gorge and Kakadu National Park are too far.
- $1,000 Bond/ Damage Deposit is required.
- The car will be ready for you at check-in, and we ask that you return it cleaned and full of fuel.
- All drivers must complete a vehicle use contract prior to arrival.
- Child seats are available for $40 per stay.
